Romaine Lettuce topped with tomatoes, onion, cucumber, sliced olives and crumbled feta cheese served with a red wine vinaigrette on the side
Every Week Main Dishes:
Chicken Cutlets - pounded thin - $4.50 per cutlet (7 points per 5 ounces)
Chicken Pot Pie - $20.00 (9 points per slice) 6 generous slices per 10 inch pie

Herb Grilled Chicken Paillard served with a Raspberry Goat Cheese Salad with a Balsamic Vinaigrette on the side- $34.00 for 4 cutlets and Salad (4oz. of Chicken with 2 cups of salad is 6 points)
Seared Salmon served with a small Watercress and Thinly Sliced Onion Salad with a lemon vinaigrette on the side- $36.00 for Four 6 oz. Salmon Fillets (1 Fillet served with 1 1/2 cups of salad is 6 points)
Turkey Meatballs with Sauce - $16.00 for a 32oz container of 8 meatballs with sauce (3 points per meatball with sauce)
Vegetarian - Penne with Five Cheeses - $34.00 per tray - With 5 cheeses, there is no reason to add up the points.
Sides for the week: $10.00 for a 32 ounce container
Four Bean Salad (Black, Garbanzo, Kidney and Cannelloni Beans) tossed with Cilantro and Onion in a red wine vinaigrette - 1 point per 1/2 cup
Sauteed Zucchini with Parmesan - 1 point per 2/3 cup
