Delicious Dinners

Please order by Monday, January 21st by noon for pick up after 2:30pm on Tuesday, January 22nd or Wednesday, January 23rd.

Just e-mail me your order with the time you want to pick up. For those of you who are trying to watch what you eat, I have included WW points where I could if you are trying to follow that program. I put all of my recipes in the recipe builder on e-tools. Portion sizes could change the point amount.

Soups: $10.00 per 2 lb. container

Zero Point Veggie Soup - 0 points per 1 cup - Fresh vegetables sauteed and the pureed into a thick and creamy soup

Taco Soup - Ground Turkey mixed with Beans, Tomatoes, Peppers and Spices - 3 points per 1 cup (spicy) I suggest putting a dollop of fat free sour cream, reduced fat cheddar cheese and a couple of crushed Tostitos in it.

Chicken and Vegetables with Mini Pasta Balls - 3 points per 1 cup - Chicken broth with Roasted chicken, carrots, celery, onion and acini di pepe pasta

Salads: $20.00 for a large bowl (8 cup capacity container) 

Greek Salad with Romaine Lettuce, Red Pepper, Onion, Tomato, Cucumber, Sliced Black Olives and Feta Cheese with a red wine vinaigrette on the side


Romaine Salad with Diced Avocado, Roasted Red Peppers, Mozzarella and Sliced Onion served with a balsamic vinaigrette on the side 

Every Week Main Dishes: 

Chicken Cutlets pounded extra thin - $5.00 per cutlet (7 points per 4 ounces)

Chicken Pot Pie - $20.00 (11 points per slice) 6 slices per pie


Specials for the Week:

Stuffed Chicken wrapped in Bacon - $34.00 for 4 breasts pounded thin and stuffed with Spinach, Basil, Mozzarella and Roasted Red Pepper and wrapped in 2 slices of center cut bacon. (you bake for 1 hour) 7 points per 4 ounces of Stuffed Chicken


Bacon Macaroni and Cheese Bake - $34.00 for a deep dish tray of delicious mac and cheese (you bake for 25 minutes) 8 points per 1/2 cup

Chicken Parmesan - $32.00 for four breasts pounded thin and dipped in an egg batter and bread crumbs then pan fried and cooked in marinara sauce and topped with Mozzarella Cheese - 9 points per 4 oz. of chicken

BBQ Spare Ribs - $38.00 for 2 racks of ribs dry rubbed and then cooked to perfection with a tangy barbecue sauce (Serves 6 - 8 people / 11 points for 2 ribs)

Lemon and Basil Shrimp over Orzo Pasta - $38.00 per tray (9 points for 5 shrimp and 2/3 cup of pasta)


Wild Mushroom Risotto - $36.00 for a tray - 7 points per 1 cup

Sides: $10.00 per 2 lb container 

Mashed Potatoes - 3 points per 1/2 cup

Energy & Fiber Salad - Black Beans, Diced Peppers, and Hominy tossed in a lime vinaigrette - 4 points per 1 cup

Oven Roasted Brussel Sprouts - 1 point per 1 cup
