Delicious Dinners

Please order by Sunday, April 25th by 11:00pm for pick up after 3:00pm on Tuesday, April 27th.

Please order by Monday, April 26th by 10:00am for pick up after 3:00pm on Wednesday, April 28th.

Just e-mail me your order with the day you want to pick up and the time. I have included WW points where I could if you are trying to follow. I put all of my recipes in the recipe builder on e-tools. Portion sizes could change the point amount.

Soups: $10.00 per 2 lb. container

ZERO point Vegetable Soup - 0 points per 1 cup I puree it like a cream based soup but no cream

Taco Soup - 1 point per 1 cup (a little spicy)

Salads: $20.00 for a large bowl (8 cup capacity container)

Red Leaf lettuce topped with fresh mozzarella, avocado, tomatoes and sliced red onion served with a balsamic vinaigrette on the side

Red Leaf lettuce, Sliced Apples, Sliced Onion, Cranberries and Cheddar topped with chopped candied nuts served with an aged balsamic vinaigrette on the side

Every Week Main Dishes:

Cutlets - Thin sliced Chicken and Pork - $4.50 per cutlet (7 points per 5 ounces)

Cutlets - Panko Crusted Tilapia - $7.00 per cutlet (6 points per 6 oz)

Chicken Pot Pie - $20.00 (9 points per slice) 6 generous slices per 10 inch pie

Specials for the Week:

Spaghetti with Spring Vegetables - $32.00 This dish is so light and healthy. It has wonderful spring vegetables that are coated with olive oil and Parmigiano-Reggiano and then tossed with 1 pound of pasta. (6 points per 1 cup)

Grilled Tandoori Chicken - $34.00 for 6 breasts of chicken marinated overnight in a deliciously seasoned light yogurt sauce and then grilled. (4 points per breast)

Chicken with Rosemary Sauce - $28.00 for four pan seared chicken breasts served with a light rosemary sauce - 5 points per 4 ounces of chicken

Chicken with Asparagus - $32.00 for 1 1/2 pounds of chicken cut into strips and pan seared then tossed with spring fresh asparagus and topped with a light lemon sauce (4 points for 5 ounces of chicken and asparagus)

Grilled Garlic-Lime Flank Steak Fajitas- $38.00 for a 1 1/2 pound Grilled Rare (so you can heat up)Flank Steak Sliced Thin served with peppers and onions (8 tortillas served on the side) 6 points for 3 ounces of Steak and 1/2 cup of peppers and 1 tortilla

Pan Seared-Salmon with a Rosemary Butter Sauce - A tray of 4 six ounce pieces of salmon (11 points for 6 oz.) $34.00 per tray (one of my favorites)

Sides: $10.00 per 2 lb container

Grilled Asparagus - 0 points (2 pounds of Asparagus)

Rosemary Roasted Potatoes - 1 points per 1/2 cup

Roasted Carrots - 1 point per 1 cup

Roasted Shrimp over Lemon and Basil Orzo Pasta - $34.00 per tray Shrimp are roasted in the oven and tossed with Orzo, Basil and a light lemon vinaigrette(7 points for 5 shrimp and 2/3 cup of pasta)
