Delicious Dinners

Please order by Sunday, January 22nd by midnight for pick up after 3:00pm on Tuesday, January 24th.

Please order by Monday, January 23rd by 10:00am for pick up after 3:00pm on Wednesday, January 25th.

Just e-mail me your order with the time you want to pick up. For those of you who are trying to watch what you eat, I have included WW points where I could if you are trying to follow that program. I put all of my recipes in the recipe builder on e-tools. Portion sizes could change the point amount.

Soups: $10.00 per 2 lb. container

Turkey Chili - Ground Turkey cooked with assorted vegetables and black beans - 2 points per 1 cup

Taco Soup - Ground Turkey cooked with Beans, Tomatoes, Peppers and Spices - 3 points per 1 cup 


Zero Point Veggie Soup - 0 points per 1 cup - Fresh vegetables sauteed and the pureed into a thick and creamy soup


Salads: $20.00 for a large bowl (8 cup capacity container)

Iceberg Lettuce with Sliced Tomatoes, Red Onions, Cucumber, Peppers and fresh Mozzarella with a Balsamic Vinaigrette on the side

Every Week Main Dishes:

Cutlets - Thin sliced Chicken and Pork - $4.50 per cutlet (9 points per 5 ounces)

Cutlets - Panko Crusted Tilapia - $7.00 per cutlet (8 points per 6 oz)

Chicken Pot Pie - $20.00 (11 points per slice) 6 slices per pie

Mediterranean Chicken - $34.00 for a tray of Chicken Thighs and Bone in Breasts baked in a lemon, caper and olive sauce - 7 points per thigh or breast piece with 1/4 cup of sauce

Baked Ziti - $34.00 for a deep tray that feeds 6-8 people (12 for WW points)  Ziti mixed with 4 different cheeses and marinara sauce - you bake for 1 hour - 8 points per 1 cup


Beef or Sweet Sausage Baked Ziti - $38.00 for a tray that feeds 6-8 people (12 for WW points) Ziti mixed with 4 different cheeses and ground beef or sweet sausage and marinara sauce - you bake for 1 hour - 9 points per 1 cup

Meatballs and Sauce - $20.00 Meatballs (beef or turkey) - (3 points per meatball) (8 meatballs in sauce and an additional 16 ounces of Sauce on the side)

Mom-Mom's Famous Meatloaf - $32.00 for one 8" loaf (Serving size is 1.33 inch slice is 7 points)


Mediterranean Cod - $36.00 for 4 fillets wrapped in parchment and topped with fresh vegetables and chopped tomatoes (4 points per pouch - 5 ounces of fish) you bake for 20 minutes


Mahi-Mahi Fillets with a Sweet Ginger Sauce- $40.00 for four 6 ounce fillets of Mahi-Mahi topped with a sweet ginger glaze

Sides: $10.00 per 2 lb container

Roasted Garlic Broccoli - 1 point per 1 cup

Pan Roasted Carrots - 1 point per 1 cup

Mashed Potatoes - 3 points per 1/2 cup

BBQ Spare Ribs - $38.00 for 2 racks of ribs dry rubbed and then cooked to perfection with a tangy barbecue sauce (Serves 6 - 8 people / 11 points for 2 ribs)


Tilapia or Chicken Enchiladas - $34.00 for 6 Corn Tortillas stuffed with Chopped Tomatoes, Corn and Fresh Herbs smothered with Enchilada Sauce and Topped with Cheddar and Monterey Jack Cheese - 7 points per enchilada

Stuffed Cabbage - Cabbage stuffed with brown rice, turkey and onion - $32.00 for a tray of 6 and a side of marinara (5 points for 2 rolls with a 1/2 a cup of marinara sauce)

Parmesan Crusted Pork Chops - $32.00 for 4 Thick Boneless pork chops pounded thin and crusted in parmesan cheese and bread crumbs and cooked to perfection. 9 points per 5 ounces.

Tuscan Style Chicken Thighs with Potatoes, Onions and Carrots- $34.00 for a tray of chicken thighs - 6 points per thigh with 2/3 a cup of vegetables

Grilled Flank Steak Fajitas- $38.00 for a 1 1/2 pound Grilled Rare (so you can heat up)Flank Steak Sliced Thin served with peppers and onions (8 tortillas served on the side) 8 points for 3 ounces of Steak and 1/2 cup of peppers and 1 tortilla

Grilled Chicken and Vegetable Quesadillas - $34.00 for 2 (8 inch) Grilled Chicken with Grilled Vegetables Quesadillas and Cheddar/Monterey Jack Cheese cut into 6 slices each - serves 4 - 6 people (2 wedges of quesadilla is 7 points)

Pan Seared-Salmon with a Rosemary Shallot Butter Sauce - A tray of 4 five ounce pieces of salmon pan seared and reduced Rosemary Shallot butter sauce on top (9 points for 5 oz.) $38.00 per tray
