Delicious Dinners

Please order by Sunday, March 25th by midnight for pick up after 3:00pm on Tuesday, March 27th.

Please order by Monday, March 26th by 10:00am for pick up after 3:00pm on Wednesday, March 28th.

Just e-mail me your order with the time you want to pick up. For those of you who are trying to watch what you eat, I have included WW points where I could if you are trying to follow that program. I put all of my recipes in the recipe builder on e-tools. Portion sizes could change the point amount.

Soups: $10.00 per 2 lb. container

Cream of Asparagus Soup - 3 points per 1 cup

Taco Soup - Ground Turkey cooked with Beans, Tomatoes, Peppers and Spices - 3 points per 1 cup 


Turkey Chili - Ground Turkey cooked with assorted vegetables and black beans - 2 points per 1 cup

Salads: $20.00 for a large bowl (8 cup capacity container) 


Romaine Lettuce with Sliced Tomatoes, Red Onions, Cucumber, and fresh Mozzarella with a Balsamic Vinaigrette on the side

Chopped Salad with olives, peppers, onions, and cucumber with a Romano Cheese and Balsamic vinaigrette on the side

Corn cut off the cob, Sliced Tomatoes, and Fresh Basil Salad tossed with a light basil olive oil - 2 Lb. container (3 points per 1 cup) - $14.00 per container

Every Week Main Dishes:

Cutlets - Thin sliced Chicken and Pork - $4.50 per cutlet (9 points per 5 ounces)

Cutlets - Panko Crusted Tilapia - $7.00 per cutlet (8 points per 6 oz)

Chicken Pot Pie - $20.00 (11 points per slice) 6 slices per pie

Herb Marinated Grilled Chicken - Chicken Cutlets pounded thin, marinated in a fresh herb vinaigrette and grilled to perfection $32.00 for a tray of Chicken cutlets (3 points per 4 ounces)

Lasagna - (You Bake) - Choose from the following:
Cheese - $34.00 for a tray serves 6-8 Cheese is (7 points per piece based on 12 smaller pieces) 
Beef  - $38.00  for a tray serves 6-8 (9 points per piece based on 12 smaller portions) 
Turkey - $38.00 for a tray serves 6-8 (8 points per piece based on 12 smaller servings)
Turkey and Spinach - $38.00 for a tray serves 6-8 (8 points per piece based on 12 smaller servings)

Meatballs and Sauce - $20.00 Meatballs (beef or turkey) - (3 points per meatball) (8 meatballs in sauce and an additional 16 ounces of Sauce on the side)

Chicken Parmesan - $32.00 for four breasts pounded thin and dipped in an egg batter and bread crumbs then pan fried and cooked in marinara sauce and topped with Mozzarella Cheese - 9 points per 5 oz. of chicken 

Shrimp and Snap Pea Salad tossed with a Ginger-Soy Vinaigrette - 1 1/2 pounds of Jumbo Shrimp tossed with Mangos, Snap Peas and chopped Cashews (on side) $38.00 per tray - 5 points per 1 cup

Grilled Steak Fajitas- $38.00 for a 1 1/2 pound Grilled Rare (so you can heat up)Flank Steak Sliced Thin served with peppers and onions (8 tortillas served on the side) 8 points for 3 ounces of Steak and 1/2 cup of peppers and 1 tortilla 

Pan Seared Tilapia - $ 34.00 for 4 tilapia fillets (serving size is four ounces is 5 points with 2 tablespoons of sauce) Tilapia is pan seared and then topped with a light butter and wine sauce 

Sides: $10.00 per 2 lb container 

Roasted Garlic Broccoli - 1 point per 1 cup


Spanish Rice or Rice Pilaf - 3 points per 1/2 cup

Corned Beef and Cabbage - $34.00 for a tray of Corned Beef, Cabbage, Potatoes and Carrots - serves 4-6 people (11 points per serving)


Beef Pot Pie - $30.00 for a 10 inch pie stuffed with vegetables, potatoes and beef. (you bake for 45-55 minutes) Serves 6 people - 12 points per slice


Mediterranean Cod - $36.00 for 4 fillets wrapped in parchment and topped with fresh vegetables and chopped tomatoes (4 points per pouch - 5 ounces of fish) you bake for 20 minutes


Grilled Center Cut Bone-In Pork Chops with Vinegar and Medium spiced Peppers and Potatoes - $34.00 for 4 chops (7 points per 5 ounces and 1/2 cup of vegetables) 

Stuffed Cabbage - Cabbage stuffed with brown rice, turkey and onion - $32.00 for a tray of 6 and a side of marinara (5 points for 2 rolls with a 1/2 a cup of marinara sauce)
