Delicious Dinners

Please order by Monday, October 15th by midnight for pick up after 3:00pm on Wednesday, October 17th.

Please order by Tuesday, October 16th by 10:00am for pick up after 3:00pm on Thursday, October 18th.

Just e-mail me your order with the time you want to pick up. For those of you who are trying to watch what you eat, I have included WW points where I could if you are trying to follow that program. I put all of my recipes in the recipe builder on e-tools. Portion sizes could change the point amount.

Soups: $10.00 per 2 lb. container

Taco Soup - 2 point per 1 cup (a little spicy) I suggest putting a dollop of fat free sour cream, reduced fat cheddar cheese and a couple of crushed Tostitos in it.

Zero Point Veggie Soup - 0 points per 1 cup - Fresh vegetables sauteed and the pureed into a thick and creamy soup


Roasted Creamy Butternut Squash Soup - 2 points per 1 cup

Salads: $20.00 for a large bowl (8 cup capacity container) 

Caesar Salad with diced jersey tomatoes, homemade parmesan croutons and cheese and caesar dressing on the side.

Jersey Corn cut off the cob, Jersey Tomatoes, and Fresh Basil Salad tossed with a light basil olive oil - 2 Lb. container (3 points per 1 cup) - $14.00 per container

Every Week Main Dishes: 

Chicken Cutlets Thin Sliced and pounded extra thin - $5.00 per cutlet (9 points per 5 ounces)

Chicken Pot Pie - $20.00 (11 points per slice) 6 slices per pie


Specials for the Week:

Chicken Milanese served with a small Arugula Salad, Tomatoes, Fresh Mozzarella and thinly sliced red onion with a balsamic vinaigrette on the side - 7 points per 4 oz. of chicken (A tray of 4 large pounded thin chicken breasts) $34.00 per tray ** You can also get this with Grilled Chicken as well. Points decrease to 4 points per 4 ounces**

Chicken Francese - $34.00 or Flounder Francese - $38.00 for four breasts or 4 fillets dipped in an egg batter and lightly sauteed and served in a white wine sauce - 7 points per 4 oz. of chicken or flounder

BBQ Spare Ribs - $38.00 for 2 racks of ribs dry rubbed and then cooked to perfection with a tangy barbecue sauce (Serves 6 - 8 people / 11 points for 2 ribs)

Flounder Piccata - 4 Fillets of Flounder pan fried with capers in a light white wine butter sauce - $36.00 for a tray of 4 fillets  - 7 points per 5 ounces of flounder

Pan Seared-Salmon with a Rosemary Shallot Butter Sauce - A tray of 4 six ounce pieces of salmon (9 points for 6 oz.) $38.00 per tray

Sides: $10.00 per 2 lb container 


Roasted Broccoli - 1 point per 1 cup

Pan Roasted Carrots - 1 point per 1 cup

Garlic Roasted Fingerling Potatoes - 3 points per 1/2 cup

Rice Pilaf - 3 points per 1/2 cup
