Just e-mail me your order with the day you want to pick up and the time. I have included WW points where I could if you are trying to follow. I put all of my recipes in the recipe builder on e-tools. Portion sizes could change the point amount.

Soups: $6.00 per 1 lb. container and $10.00 per 2 lb. container

Salads: $14.00 for a large bowl (8 cup capacity container)
Mixed Lettuce Salad tossed with Thinly Sliced Apples, chopped candied nuts, dried cranberries, red onion and cheddar cheese served with a balsamic vinaigrette dressing

Spinach Salad with sliced red onion and fresh berries and blue cheese served with a light raspberry vinaigrette on the side

Every Week Main Dishes:
Cutlets - Thin sliced Chicken and Pork - $4.50 per cutlet (7 points per 5 ounces)

Cutlets - Panko Crusted Tilapia - $7.00 per cutlet (6 points per 6 oz)

Chicken Pot Pie - $20.00 (9 points per slice) 6 generous slices per 10 inch pie

Specials for the Week:
Orzo Salad with Grilled Chicken and chopped vegetables- $32.00 for a tray (6 points for 1 1/2 cups)

Chicken Milanese served with Arugula salad, Tomatoes, Fresh Mozzarella and Onions with a balsamic vinaigrette on the side - 7 points per 4 oz. of chicken (A tray of 4 large pounded thin chicken breasts and small salad on the side) $32.00 per tray

Sauteed Tilapia with Lemon- Peppercorn Pan Sauce - $32.00 for 4 six ounce tilapia fillets (6 points per serving with 2 tablespoons of sauce)

Lemon and Basil Shrimp over Orzo Pasta - $34.00 per tray (7 points for 5 shrimp and 2/3 cup of pasta)

Sides: $10.00 per 2 lb container

Rosemary Roasted Potatoes - 1 point per 1/2 cup & core
