Delicious Dinners

Please order by Sunday, January 1st by 5:00pm for pick up after 3:00pm on Tuesday, January 3rd.

Please order by Monday, January 2nd by 10:00am for pick up after 3:00pm on Wednesday, January 4th.

Just e-mail me your order with the day you want to pick up and the time. I have included WW points where I could if you are trying to follow. I put all of my recipes in the recipe builder on e-tools. Portion sizes could change the point amount.

Soups: $10.00 per 2 lb. container


Turkey Chili - 1 points per 1 cup 


Zero Point Veggie Soup - 0 points per 1 cup

Salads: $20.00 for a large bowl (8 cup capacity container)


Romaine Lettuce topped with tomatoes, onions, cucumber and crumbled blue cheese and bacon with a balsamic vinaigrette on the side


Spring Mix with thinly sliced onion, dried cranberries, herbed cheese, chopped candied nuts with a balsamic vinaigrette on the side

Cutlets - Thin sliced Chicken and Pork - $4.50 per cutlet (7 points per 5 ounces)


Cutlets - Panko Crusted Tilapia - $7.00 per cutlet (6 points per 6 oz)


Chicken Pot Pie - $20.00 (9 points per slice) 6 generous slices per 10 inch pie

Specials for the Week:


Chicken Tikka Masala - Boneless Chicken thighs and breasts marinated in yogurt and then Grilled and then baked in a special sauce $34.00 for a shallow tray - will feed 4-6 people (8 points per cup)


Chicken Cacciatore - Bone in Chicken thighs and breasts pan-fried and then baked with peppers, onion, capers and diced tomatoes to make a rich and tasty sauce. $36.00 for a tray Feeds 4-6 people (7 points per cup)


Buffalo Chicken Casserole- $34.00 for a tray of boneless chicken and vegetables baked in a tangy Buffalo sauce topped with a blue cheese crumbled crust (7 points per cup) Serves 4-6 people


Szechuan Stir Fry - $38.00 Choose Beef, Chicken or Shrimp Stir Fry with Assorted Vegetables topped with toasted sesame seeds. Serves 4-6 people (6 points per cup for Shrimp or Chicken) (8 points per cup for Beef) 

Sides: $10.00 per 2 lb container


Basmati Rice - 3 points per 1/2 cup


Rice Pilaf - 3 points per 1/2 cup 


Pan Roasted Carrots - 1 point per 1 cup

This Lady's Nuts - Assorted Candied Nuts sold in 1/2 pound packages wrapped in plastic bags and tied with festive ribbon. $15.00 per bag.

Turkey Chili - 3 points per 1 cup 

Taco Soup - Ground Turkey mixed with Beans, Tomatoes, Peppers and Spices - 3 points per 1 cup (spicy) I suggest putting a dollop of fat free sour cream, reduced fat cheddar cheese and a couple of crushed Tostitos in it.

Chicken and Vegetables with Mini Pasta Balls - 3 points per 1 cup - Chicken broth with Roasted chicken, carrots, celery, onion and acini di pepe pasta


Salads: $20.00 for a large bowl (8 cup capacity container)

Winter Salad - Mixed Lettuce, Sliced Apples, Sliced Onion, Cranberries, shredded White Cheddar Cheese and diced candied nuts served with an aged balsamic vinaigrette on the side

Red and green leaf salad with diced Cucumber, Tomato, Green Pepper, thinly sliced Red Onion, and crumbled Feta with a red wine vinaigrette dressing on the side.

Raspberry-Balsamic Glazed Chicken - $28.00 for four breasts of chicken (6 points per breast including sauce)

Chicken Scarpiella - (Chicken, Sausage, Potatoes and Peppers) - $ 34.00 for a tray (7 points per serving) 1/2 link of sausage and 1 chicken thigh with 1/2 cup of vegetables

Sweet Sausage Pasta Casserole - Sweet sausage tossed with spinach, basil, fresh mozzarella, and ricotta cheese. $34.00 for a tray - you bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes serves 6-8 (based on 8 servings it is 10 points per portion)

Roasted Pork Loin - $32.00 ( Serves 6-8 people 3 points per 5 oz. serving) Pork Loin rubbed with Fresh Herbs Marinade and baked to perfection. I recommend slicing thin and serving with the natural Au jus.

Shrimp and Snap Pea Salad tossed with a Ginger-Soy Vinaigrette - Jumbo Shrimp tossed with Mangos, Snap Peas and chopped Cashews (on side) $38.00 per tray - 5 points per 1 cup

Oven Roasted Broccoli and Cauliflower - 1 point per cup

Oven Roasted Carrots - 1 point per 1 cup
