Just e-mail me your order with the day you want to pick up and the time. I have included WW points where I could if you are trying to follow. I put all of my recipes in the recipe builder on e-tools. Portion sizes could change the point amount.

Escarole and Bean Soup - 1 point per 1 1/2 cups
Salads: $14.00 for a large bowl (8 cup capacity container)
Mixed Lettuce with Blackberries, Sliced Onion, Walnuts and Blue Cheese served with a light vinaigrette on the side.
String Bean Salad with Sliced Red Onion, Tomato and Crumbled Feta Cheese in a red wine vinaigrette.
Every Week Main Dishes:
Cutlets - Thin sliced Chicken and Pork - $4.50 per cutlet (7 points per 5 ounces)
Cutlets - Panko Crusted Tilapia - $7.00 per cutlet (6 points per 6 oz)
Chicken Pot Pie - $20.00 (9 points per slice) 6 generous slices per 10 inch pie

Farfalle Salad with Grilled Chicken - $32.00 for a tray of 8 ounces of Bowties, Spinach, Tomato and Grilled Chicken and Zucchini Salad served with a light Lemon vinaigrette on the side. (4 points for 2 cups)
Pork Chops with a Cranberry and Rosemary Sauce - $28.00 for 4 chops (7 points per Chop and 1/2 cup of sauce)
Buffalo Salmon - $34.00 for Four 6 ounce fillets of Roasted Salmon smothered in a tangy and spicy Buffalo sauce. (9 points per portion)
Vegetarian: Pasta with Grilled Vegetables and Goat Cheese - $32.00 for a tray (6 points per 2 1/2 cups of pasta mixture)
Sides: $10.00 per 2 lb container
Sauteed String Beans with Onion - 1 point per 1 cup
Whipped Potatoes - 2 points per 1/2 cup
Sauteed Broccoli with Bacon and Onions in a Balsamic Vinaigrette - 1 point per 1/2 cup
