Delicious Dinners

Please order by Sunday, November 21st by midnight for pick up after 3:00pm on Tuesday, November 23rd.

Just e-mail me your order with the time you want to pick up. For those of you who are trying to watch your figure, I have included WW points where I could if you are trying to follow. I put all of my recipes in the recipe builder on e-tools. Portion sizes could change the point amount.

Soups: $10.00 per 2 lb. container

Roasted Butternut Squash Soup - 2 points per 1 cup

Pumpkin and White Bean Soup - Pumpkin and White beans are blended together to make a smooth consistency - 1 1/2 points per 1 cup

Salads: $20.00 for a large bowl (8 cup capacity container)

Spinach Salad with goat cheese, cucumber, red onion and craisins with a blush wine vinaigrette on the side.

Mixed Lettuce with sliced red onion, blueberries, strawberries and feta cheese with a balsamic vinaigrette on the side

Every Week Main Dishes:

Cutlets - Thin sliced Chicken and Pork - $4.50 per cutlet (7 points per 5 ounces)

Cutlets - Panko Crusted Tilapia - $7.00 per cutlet (6 points per 6 oz)

Chicken Pot Pie - $20.00 (9 points per slice) 6 slices per pie

Specials for the Week:

Raspberry-Balsamic Glazed Chicken - $28.00 for four breasts of chicken (6 points per breast including sauce)

Chicken Parmesan - $32.00 for four breasts pounded thin and dipped in an egg batter and bread crumbs then lightly sauteed and cooked in marinara sauce and topped with Mozzarella Cheese - 8 points per 5 oz. of chicken

Pan Seared Tilapia with White Wine and Capers- $ 32.00 for 4 tilapia fillets (six ounces is 5 points with 2 tablespoons of sauce)

Macaroni and Cheese Bake - $28.00 for a tray of delicious mac and cheese (you bake for 25 minutes) 6 points per 1/2 cup

Sides: $10.00 per 2 lb container

Lemon Green Beans - 1 point per 1 cup

Pan Roasted Carrots - 1 point per 1 cup

French Onion Mashed Potatoes - 2 points per 1/2 cup

Winter Apple Salad - mixed greens with thinly sliced apples, onions, cranberries, shredded cheddar cheese and chopped nuts with a Balsamic Vinaigrette on the side (serving size is 1 1/4 cup = 3 points)

Red and Green Leaf lettuce topped with fresh mozzarella, avocado, tomatoes and sliced red onion served with a balsamic vinaigrette on the side

Every Week Main Dishes: 

Cutlets - Thin sliced Chicken and Pork - $4.50 per cutlet (7 points per 5 ounces)

Specials for the Week:

Chicken Milanese served with a small Spring Mix Salad, Tomatoes, Fresh Mozzarella and thinly sliced red onion with a balsamic vinaigrette on the side - 7 points per 4 oz. of chicken (A tray of 4 large pounded thin chicken breasts) $32.00 per tray ** You can also get this with Grilled Chicken as well. Points decrease to 4 points per 4 ounces**

Grilled Flank Steak - $44.00 for a 1 1/2 - 2 pounds Flank Steak Sliced Thin Grilled Rare (so you can heat up) served with a small tray of Roasted Root Vegetables (sweet potatoes, turnips, leeks, onions, potatoes, parsnips and carrots) (6 points for 3 ounces of Steak and 1/2 cup of Root Vegetables)  

Angel Hair Pasta tossed with Roasted Shrimp, Arugula, Tomatoes and shaved Parmesan in a light Lemon and Basil Oil (7 points per 1 cup of pasta and 5 shrimp) - $36.00 per tray

Lemon Parmesan Crusted Pork Chops - $32.00 for 4 Thick Boneless pork chops pounded thin and crusted in parmesan cheese and bread crumbs and cooked to perfection. 8 points per 5 ounces.

Sides: $10.00 per 2 lb container

Lemon Roasted Broccoli - 1 point per 1 cup

Smashed Parslied Potatoes - 2 points per 1/2 cup

Potato Leek Soup - Creamy potato soup with braised leeks and a touch of crumbled bacon - 4 points per 1 cup

Sausage & Peppers and Onions with Marinara Sauce - $32.00 per tray (6 points per link with peppers and sauce) - 1/2 Sweet 1/2 Hot Sausage


Mustard Roasted Chicken with Vegetables - $ 34.00 (1 chicken cut up into 8 pieces with carrots, fennel, onion, and potatoes) - points depend on the piece of chicken ( range from 2 points to 5 points)


Pot Roast - $38.00 for a 3 pound slow cooked roast - 8 points per 3 ounces with 3 tablespoons of sauce (Please order by Monday by noon if you would like this roast, you can still pick it up on Wednesday - I need to prepare for oven space)

Whipped Potatoes - 2 points per 1/2 cup 

Roasted Asparagus - 1 point per cup

Meatballs and Sauce - $20.00 Meatballs (beef or turkey) -(3 points per meatball) (8 meatballs in a quart of sauce)


Center Cut Pork Chops topped with a Mushroom Sauce - $28.00 for 4 Pork Chops with a Mushroom Gravy (7 points per 5 oz. of pork with sauce)
