Delicious Dinners

Please order by Sunday, October 26th by 3:00pm for pick up after 3:00pm on Tuesday, October 28th.
Please order by Monday, October 27th 3:00pm for pick up after 3:00pm on Wednesday, October 29th.
Just e-mail me your order with the day you want to pick up and the time. For those of you who are trying to watch your figure, I have included WW points or if it is a Core meal where I could if you are trying to follow. I put all of my recipes in the recipe builder on e-tools. Portion sizes could change the point amount.

Soups: $6.00 per 1 lb. container and $10.00 per 2 lb. container

Turkey Chili - 1 points per 1 cup & Core

Butternut Squash Soup - 2 points per 1 cup & Core

Salads: $14.00 for a large bowl (8 cup capacity container)

Romaine Lettuce topped with Roasted Red Peppers, Tomatoes, Sliced Red Onion and Avocado served with a Balsamic vinaigrette on the side

Mixed Lettuce with sliced red onion, blueberries, strawberries and goat cheese with a balsamic vinaigrette on the side

Every Week Main Dishes:

Cutlets - Thin sliced Chicken and Pork - $4.50 per cutlet (7 points per 5 ounces)

Cutlets - Panko Crusted Tilapia - $7.00 per cutlet (6 points per 6 oz)

Chicken Pot Pie - $20.00 (9 points per slice) 6 generous slices per 10 inch pie

Specials for the Week:

Chicken Piccata - 6 Thin Sliced Cutlets cooked in a light lemon sauce - $34.00 for a tray 7 points per 4 ounces

Baked Salmon with a Dill Sauce - $36.00 for 1 1/2 pounds of Salmon baked to perfection served with Dill Sauce - 11 points per 6 oz.

Mom-Mom's Famous Meatloaf - $28.00 for one 8" loaf (Serving size is 1.33 inch slice is 7 points)

Vegetarian: Roasted Butternut Squash Risotto - $32.00 for a tray - 6 points per 1 cup

Sides:$6.00 per 1lb container and $10.00 per 2 lb container

Lightly Buttered Jersey Corn - 2 points per 1 cup

Roasted Root Vegetables (sweet potatoes, turnips, leeks, onions, potatoes, parsnips and carrots)(minimum order of 2 pounds) 2 points per 1 cup & core

Rosemary Roasted Red Potatoes with Sweet Onions - 1 point per 1/2 cup

Sauteed Broccoli with Bacon and Shallots - 1 point per 1/2 cup
