I am not cooking on Wednesday December 3rd.

Just e-mail me your order with the time you would like to pick up. For those of you who are trying to watch your figure, I have included WW points or if it is a Core meal where I could if you are trying to follow. I put all of my recipes in the recipe builder on e-tools. Portion sizes could change the point amount.

Soups: $6.00 per 1 lb. container and $10.00 per 2 lb. container

Turkey Chili - 1 points per 1 cup & Core

Zero Point Veggie Soup - 0 points per 1 cup

Salads: $14.00 for a large bowl (8 cup capacity container)

Spinach Salad with Sliced Red Onion, Dried Cranberries, Candied Walnuts and Blue Cheese served with a blush wine vinaigrette on the side

Tomato, Green Bean, Cucumber and Feta Salad tossed with a white wine vinaigrette

Every Week Main Dishes:

Cutlets - Thin sliced Chicken and Pork - $4.50 per cutlet (7 points per 5 ounces)

Cutlets - Panko Crusted Tilapia - $7.00 per cutlet (6 points per 6 oz)

Chicken Pot Pie - $20.00 (9 points per slice) 6 generous slices per 10 inch pie

Specials for the Week:

Pan Seared Boneless Pork Chops with Apples and Leeks - $32.00 for 4 pork cutlets (6 points per serving for 1 chop with 1/2 cup of vegetables and sauce)

Buttermilk Fried Chicken 8 pieces - $ 30.00 for 2 breast, 2 thighs and 4 drumsticks(serving size is 1 breast or 1 thigh & 1 leg is 7 points)

Meatballs and Sauce - $20.00 Meatballs (beef or turkey) - (3 points per meatball) (8 meatballs and 1 Quart of Sauce)

Roasted Shrimp and Orzo - $36.00 Jumbo Shrimp Roasted and tossed with Orzo, Feta Cheese and Fresh Vegetables and drizzled with Lemon Oil (served at room temperature) 7 points per 5 large shrimp and a half a cup of pasta with vegetables

Sides:$6.00 per 1lb container and $10.00 per 2 lb container

Whipped Potatoes - 2 points for 1/2 cup

Sweet Tender Corn - 1 point per 1 cup

LM's Famous Baked Beans - 3 points per 1/2 cup

Homemade Apple sauce - 1 point per 1/2 cup
