Delicious Dinners

Please order by Sunday, October 2nd by 10:00pm for pick up after 3:00pm on Tuesday, October 4th.

Just e-mail me your order with the day you want to pick up and the time. For those of you who are trying to watch your figure, I have included WW points where I could if you are trying to follow. I put all of my recipes in the recipe builder on e-tools. Portion sizes could change the point amount.


Please order soups by Sunday evening.


Soups: $10.00 per 2 lb. container


Taco Soup - Ground Turkey mixed with Beans, Tomatoes, Peppers and Spices - 3 points per 1 cup (spicy) I suggest putting a dollop of fat free sour cream, reduced fat cheddar cheese and a couple of crushed Tostitos in it.


Salads: $20.00 for a large bowl (8 cup capacity container)


Romaine Salad with sliced red onion, cherry tomatoes, and fresh marinated Mozzarella with a balsamic vinaigrette on the side


Jersey Corn cut off the cob, Jersey Tomatoes, and Fresh Basil Salad tossed with a light basil olive oil - 2 Lb. container (3 points per 1 cup) - $14.00 per container


Every Week Main Dishes:


Cutlets - Thin sliced Chicken and Pork - $4.50 per cutlet (9 points per 5 ounces)


Cutlets - Panko Crusted Tilapia - $7.00 per cutlet (8 points per 6 oz)


Chicken Pot Pie - $20.00 (11 points per slice) 6 slices per pie


Herb Marinated Grilled Chicken - Chicken Cutlets pounded thin, marinated in a fresh herb vinaigrette and grilled to perfection $32.00 for a tray of Chicken cutlets (3 points per 4 ounces)


Specials for the Week:


Chicken Milanese served with Arugula salad, Tomatoes, Fresh Mozzarella and Onions with a balsamic vinaigrette on the side - 7 points per 4 oz. of chicken (A tray of 4 large pounded thin chicken breasts and small salad on the side) $32.00 per tray


BBQ Spare Ribs - $38.00 for 2 racks of ribs dry rubbed and then cooked to perfection with a tangy barbecue sauce (Serves 6 - 8 people / 11 points for 2 ribs)


Sausage with Broccoli Rabe in an oil and garlic sauce served over pasta - $32.00 for a tray serves 6-8 ( 8 points per 3/4 cup)
