Delicious Dinners

Please order by Monday, November 8th by noon for pick up after 3:00pm on Wednesday, November 10th. 

Just e-mail me your order with the time you want to pick up.  For those of you who are trying to watch your figure, I have included WW points where I could if you are trying to follow. I put all of my recipes in the recipe builder on e-tools. Portion sizes could change the point amount.


Soups: $10.00 per 2 lb. container


Potato Leek Soup - Creamy potato soup with braised leeks and a touch of crumbled bacon - 4 points per 1 cup


Pumpkin and White Bean Soup - Pumpkin and White beans are blended together to make a smooth consistency - 1 1/2 points per 1 cup


Taco Soup - 1 point per 1 cup (a little spicy) I suggest putting a dollop of fat free sour cream, reduced fat cheddar cheese and a couple of crushed Tostitos in it.


Salads: $20.00 for a large bowl (8 cup capacity container) 


Red and Green Leaf Lettuce with sliced avocado, roasted red peppers, sliced red onion, cherry tomatoes with a balsamic vinaigrette on the side


Romaine Lettuce topped with tomatoes, cucumber, red onion and feta cheese with a red wine vinaigrette dressing served on the side

Every Week Main Dishes: 

Cutlets - Thin sliced Chicken and Pork - $4.50 per cutlet (7 points per 5 ounces)

Cutlets - Panko Crusted Tilapia - $7.00 per cutlet (6 points per 6 oz)

Chicken Pot Pie - $20.00 (9 points per slice) 6 slices per pie

Specials for the Week:


Herb Marinated Grilled Chicken - 6 Cutlets pounded thin, marinated in a fresh herb vinaigrette and grilled to perfection $28.00 for 6 medium sized cutlets (3 points per breast)


Sausage & Peppers and Onions with Marinara Sauce - $32.00 per tray (6 points per link with peppers and sauce) - 1/2 Sweet 1/2 Hot Sausage


Mustard Roasted Chicken with Vegetables - $ 34.00 (1 chicken cut up into 8 pieces with carrots, fennel, onion, and potatoes) - points depend on the piece of chicken ( range from 2 points to 5 points)


Pot Roast - $38.00 for a 3 pound slow cooked roast - 8 points per 3 ounces with 3 tablespoons of sauce (Please order by Monday by noon if you would like this roast, you can still pick it up on Wednesday - I need to prepare for oven space)

Sides: $10.00 per 2 lb container

Whipped Potatoes - 2 points per 1/2 cup 

Roasted Asparagus - 1 point per cup

Lemon Dill Carrots - 1 point per 1 cup

Herb Roasted Potatoes - 1 point per 1/2 cup
