Delicious Dinners

Please order by Sunday, September 26th by 10:00pm for pick up after 3:00pm on Tuesday, September 28th.

Please order by Monday, September 27th by 12:00 pm for pick up after 3:00pm on Wednesday, September 29th.

Just e-mail me your order with the day you want to pick up and the time. For those of you who are trying to watch your figure, I have included WW points where I could if you are trying to follow. I put all of my recipes in the recipe builder on e-tools. Portion sizes could change the point amount.

Please order soups by Sunday evening.

Soups: $10.00 per 2 lb. container

Farmers' Market Vegetable Soup - 1 point per 1 cup - This soup combines the late summer's harvest, tomatoes, green beans, corn, onion, and zucchini while they are at their peak flavor into a delicious soup.

Chicken Noodle Soup - 2 points per 1 cup - A hearty chicken soup made with fresh vegetables and tiny noodles. You and your kids will love this soup.

Salads: $20.00 for a large bowl (8 cup capacity container)

Red and Green Leaf lettuce topped with fresh mozzarella, avocado, tomatoes and sliced red onion served with a balsamic vinaigrette on the side

Red and Green Leaf lettuce, Sliced Apples, Sliced Onion, Cranberries and Cheddar topped with chopped candied nuts served with an aged balsamic vinaigrette on the side

Every Week Main Dishes:

 
Cutlets - Thin sliced Chicken and Pork - $4.50 per cutlet (7 points per 5 ounces)

Cutlets - Panko Crusted Tilapia - $7.00 per cutlet (6 points per 6 oz)

Chicken Pot Pie - $20.00 (9 points per slice) 6 slices per pie

Roasted Parmesan Crusted Chicken Thighs and Legs - $28.00 for 4 legs and 4 thighs - 6 points for 1 thigh and 1 leg


Chicken Piccata - Chicken with capers in a light white wine butter sauce - $28.00 for 4 cutlets - 7 points per 5 ounces of chicken


Tilapia Enchiladas - $32.00 for 6 Corn Tortillas stuffed with Chopped Tomatoes, Corn and Fresh Herbs smothered with Enchilada Sauce and Topped with Cheddar and Monterey Jack Cheese - 6 points per enchilada

Center Cut Bone In Pork Chops topped with a Mushroom Sauce - $28.00 for 4 Pork Chops with a Mushroom Gravy (7 points per 5 oz. of pork with sauce)

BBQ Spare Ribs - $38.00 for 2 racks of ribs dry rubbed and then cooked to perfection with a tangy barbecue sauce (Serves 6 - 8 people / 8 points for 2 ribs)

Sides for the week: $10.00 for a 32 ounce container

Roasted Asparagus- 1 point per 1 cup

Whipped Potatoes - 2 points per 1/2 cup

Mexican Rice - 2 points per 1/2 cup

Roasted Carrots - 1 point per 1 cup
