Delicious Dinners

Please order by Sunday, September 12th by 10:00pm for pick up after 3:00pm on Tuesday, September 14th.

Please order by Monday, September 13th by 12:00 pm for pick up after 3:00pm on Wednesday, September 15th.

Just e-mail me your order with the day you want to pick up and the time. For those of you who are trying to watch your figure, I have included WW points where I could if you are trying to follow. I put all of my recipes in the recipe builder on e-tools. Portion sizes could change the point amount.

Please order soups by Sunday evening.

Soups: $10.00 per 2 lb. container

Farmers' Market Vegetable Soup - 1 point per 1 cup - This soup combines the late summer's harvest, tomatoes, green beans, corn, onion, and zucchini while they are at their peak flavor into a delicious soup.

Taco Soup - 1 point per 1 cup (spicy) I suggest putting a dollop of fat free sour cream, reduced fat cheddar cheese and a couple of crushed Tostitos in it.

Salads: $20.00 for a large bowl (8 cup capacity container)

Red and green leaf salad with sliced Jersey Peaches, Blueberries, thinly sliced Onion, and crumbled Blue Cheese with a balsamic vinaigrette dressing on the side. 

Jersey Corn cut off the cob, Jersey Tomatoes, and Fresh Basil Salad tossed with a light basil olive oil - 2 Lb. container (1 point per 1 cup) - $14.00 per container

Every Week Main Dishes:

Cutlets - Thin sliced Chicken and Pork - $4.50 per cutlet (7 points per 5 ounces)

Cutlets - Panko Crusted Tilapia - $7.00 per cutlet (6 points per 6 oz)

Chicken Pot Pie - $20.00 (9 points per slice) 6 slices per pie

Specials for the Week:

Barbecued Chicken - $34.00 for 4 Breast pieces, 2 Thighs, and 4 Legs and 2 Wings grilled and brushed with a tangy barbecue sauce - (4 points per breast piece and 5 points per 1 leg and thigh)

Herb Marinated Grilled Chicken and Penne Pasta tossed with a Pesto sauce - Cubed Grilled Chicken tossed with halved tomatoes, grilled zucchini, peppers and onions in my homemade pesto sauce - 8 points per 1 1/2 cups of pasta $38.00 per tray

Shrimp and Snap Pea Salad tossed with a Ginger-Soy Vinaigrette - 1 1/2 pounds of Jumbo Shrimp tossed with Mangos, Snap Peas and chopped Cashews (on side) $38.00 per tray - 4 points per 1 cup

Red Snapper with a Creamy Tomato Basil sauce - 4 Red Snapper fillets pan seared and topped with a creamy tomato basil sauce - $36.00 6 points per 5 ounces

Three Pepper Pork Chops - Thick Cut Pork Chops Grilled and then topped with Peppers and baked to perfection - $32.00 for 4 chops (6 points per 5 ounces of pork and 1/2 cup of peppers)

Vegetarian:

Capellini with fresh Basil, Fresh Mozzarella, halved grape tomatoes and sliced Parmesan cheese in a light lemon and olive oil sauce - $30.00 per tray (6 points per 1 cup)

Sides for the week: $10.00 for a 32 ounce container

Buttered Jersey Corn cut off the cob - 1 point per 1/2 cup

Rosemary Roasted Potatoes with Sweet Onions - 1 point per 1/2 cup

Smashed Potatoes with Chives - 2 points per 1/2 cup
