Delicious Dinners

Please order by Sunday, September 19th by 10:00pm for pick up after 3:00pm on Tuesday, September 21st.
Please order by Monday, September 20th by 12:00 pm for pick up after 3:00pm on Wednesday, September 22nd.
Just e-mail me your order with the day you want to pick up and the time. For those of you who are trying to watch your figure, I have included WW points where I could if you are trying to follow. I put all of my recipes in the recipe builder on e-tools. Portion sizes could change the point amount.

Please order soups by Sunday evening.

Soups: $10.00 per 2 lb. container

Old Fashioned Lentil Soup - 2 points per 1 cup - I suggest putting a dollop of fat free sour cream on top.

Taco Soup - 1 point per 1 cup (spicy) I suggest putting a dollop of fat free sour cream, reduced fat cheddar cheese and a couple of crushed Tostitos in it.

Salads: $20.00 for a large bowl (8 cup capacity container)

Red and green leaf salad with sliced strawberries, thinly sliced red onion, and crumbled feta with a balsamic vinaigrette dressing on the side.

Jersey Corn cut off the cob, Jersey Tomatoes, and Fresh Basil Salad tossed with a light basil olive oil - 2 Lb. container (1 point per 1 cup) - $14.00 per container

Every Week Main Dishes:

Cutlets - Thin sliced Chicken and Pork - $4.50 per cutlet (7 points per 5 ounces)

Cutlets - Panko Crusted Tilapia - $7.00 per cutlet (6 points per 6 oz)
 Chicken Pot Pie - $20.00 (9 points per slice) 6 slices per pie

Specials for the Week:

Roasted Shrimp over Lemon and Basil Orzo Pasta - $34.00 per tray Shrimp are roasted in the oven and tossed with Orzo, Basil and a light lemon vinaigrette(7 points for 5 shrimp and 2/3 cup of pasta)

Chicken Milanese served with Arugula salad, Tomatoes, Fresh Mozzarella and Onions with a balsamic vinaigrette on the side - 7 points per 4 oz. of chicken (A tray of 4 pounded thin chicken breasts and small salad on the side) $32.00 per tray

Stuffed Pork Chops with Goat Cheese and Spinach - $32.00 for 4 chops (6 points per 4 ounces of stuffed pork)

Tilapia Piccata - Pan Seared Tilapia with capers in a light lemon white wine butter sauce - $32.00 for 4 fillets - 6 points per 5 ounces of Tilapia

Vegetarian:

Spaghetti with Summer Vegetables - $32.00 This dish is so light and healthy. It has wonderful summer vegetables that are drizzled with olive oil and Parmigiano-Reggiano and then tossed with 1 pound of pasta. (6 points per 1 cup)

Sides for the week: $10.00 for a 32 ounce container

Roasted Carrots - 1 point per 1 cup

Sauteed Broccoli with a Light Lemon Sauce - 1 point per 1 cup

Rosemary Roasted Potatoes with Sweet Onions - 1 point per 1/2 cup
