Delicious Dinners

Please order by Sunday, March 21st by 11:00pm for pick up after 3:00pm on Tuesday, March 23rd.

Please order by Monday, March 22nd by 10:00am for pick up after 3:00pm on Wednesday, March 24th.

Just e-mail me your order with the day you want to pick up and the time. I have included WW points where I could if you are trying to follow. I put all of my recipes in the recipe builder on e-tools. Portion sizes could change the point amount.

Please order soups by Sunday.

Soups: $10.00 per 2 lb. container


ZERO point Vegetable Soup - 0 points per 1 cup I puree it like a cream based soup but no cream

Amazing Black Bean Soup - 2 points per 1 cup

Taco Soup - 1 point per 1 cup (a little spicy)

Salads: $20.00 for a large bowl (8 cup capacity container)

Spring Mix Salad with sliced strawberries, thinly sliced red onion, and crumbled blue cheese with a light raspberry balsamic vinaigrette dressing on the side.

Salad $14.00 per 32 ounce container

South West Corn and Black Bean Salad tossed with a Lime Cilantro Dressing - 1 point per 1 cup

Every Week Main Dishes:

Cutlets - Thin sliced Chicken and Pork - $4.50 per cutlet (7 points per 5 ounces)

Cutlets - Panko Crusted Tilapia - $7.00 per cutlet (6 points per 6 oz)

Chicken Pot Pie - $20.00 (9 points per slice) 6 generous slices per 10 inch pie

Specials for the Week:

Chicken Francese - $28.00 for four breasts - 5 points per 4 oz. of chicken

Buttermilk Fried Chicken 8 pieces - $ 30.00 for 2 breast, 2 thighs and 4 drumsticks(serving size is 1 breast or 1 thigh & 1 leg is 7 points)

Pan Seared Tilapia with White Wine and Capers- $ 32.00 for 4 tilapia fillets (serving size is 1 six ounce fillet is 5 points with 2 tablespoons of sauce)

Vegetarian: Capellini with fresh Arugula, halved grape tomatoes and sliced Parmesan cheese in a light lemon and olive oil sauce - $28.00 per tray (5 points per 1 cup)
