Please order by Monday, April 19th by 10:00am for pick up after 3:00pm on Wednesday, April 21st.

Just e-mail me your order with the day you want to pick up and the time. I have included WW points where I could if you are trying to follow. I put all of my recipes in the recipe builder on e-tools. Portion sizes could change the point amount.

Soups: $10.00 per 2 lb. container

ZERO point Vegetable Soup - 0 points per 1 cup I puree it like a cream based soup but no cream

Roasted Carrot Soup - 1 point per 1 cup

Taco Soup - 1 point per 1 cup (a little spicy)

Salads: $20.00 for a large bowl (8 cup capacity container)

Red and green leaf salad with sliced strawberries, thinly sliced red onion, and crumbled feta with a balsamic vinaigrette dressing on the side.

Chopped Salad with olives, peppers, tomatoes, onions, and cucumber with a white wine vinaigrette on the side

Every Week Main Dishes:

Cutlets - Thin sliced Chicken and Pork - $4.50 per cutlet (7 points per 5 ounces)

Cutlets - Panko Crusted Tilapia - $7.00 per cutlet (6 points per 6 oz)

Chicken Pot Pie - $20.00 (9 points per slice) 6 generous slices per 10 inch pie

Specials for the Week:

Mom-Mom's Famous Meatloaf - $30.00 for one 8" loaf (Serving size is 1.33 inch slice is 7 points)

Herb Grilled Chicken Paillard served with a Red Leaf and Green Leaf Salad with Strawberries, Red Onion and Feta cheese with a Balsamic Vinaigrette on the side- $38.00 for 6 cutlets and Salad (4oz. of Chicken with 2 cups of salad is 6 points)

Roasted Shrimp over Lemon and Basil Orzo Pasta - $34.00 per tray Shrimp are roasted in the oven and tossed with Orzo, Basil and a light lemon vinaigrette(7 points for 5 shrimp and 2/3 cup of pasta)

Rice Pilaf - 2 points per 1/2 cup

Sauteed Spring Vegetables - 2 points per 1 cup

Sauteed Broccoli and onion - 1 point per 1 cup

Whipped Potatoes - 2 points per 1/2 cup
