Delicious Dinners - September 15th & 16th

Please order by Sunday, September 14th by 3:00pm for pick up after 3:00pm on Tuesday, September 16th.
Please order by Monday, September 15th by 3:00pm for pick up after 3:00pm on Wednesday, September 17th.

Just e-mail me your order with the day you want to pick up and the time. For those of you who are trying to watch your figure, I have included WW points or if it is a Core meal where I could if you are trying to follow. I put all of my recipes in the recipe builder on e-tools. Portion sizes could change the point amount.

Soups: $6.00 per 1 lb. container and $10.00 per 2 lb. container

Turkey Chili - 1 points per 1 cup & Core
Zero Point Veggie Soup - 0 Points & Core (creamy consistency without the cream)

Salads: $14.00 for a large bowl (8 cup capacity container)

Spinach-Pear Salad with a Honey Bacon Vinaigrette - red onion, Bartlett pears and fresh spinach served with the vinaigrette on the side(dressing should be warmed before serving/30 seconds in microwave) serving size is about 1 1/3 cup = 1 point

Pecan Apple Salad - mixed greens with apples, onions, cranberries, cheese and candied pecans with an Asiago Balsamic Vinaigrette on the side (serving size is 1 1/4 cup = 3 points )

Every Week Main Dishes:

Cutlets - Thin sliced Chicken and Pork - $4.50 per cutlet (7 points per 5 ounces)
Cutlets - Panko Crusted Tilapia - $7.00 per cutlet (6 points per 6 oz)
Chicken Pot Pie - $20.00 (9 points per slice) 6 slices per pie

Specials for the Week:

Herb Grilled Chicken Paillard with Pan-Grilled Tomato, Green Bean and Feta Salad with a Lemon Caper Dressing - $34.00 for 6 thinly sliced chicken breasts. The tomatoes are from my garden and they are so sweet right now (7 points per serving) Serves 6 (salad is served on the side)

Shrimp in Green Sauce - This Iberian dish is very similar to shrimp scampi (green sauce is parsley and green onions chopped) $38.00 for 2 pounds of large shrimp, peeled and deveined - served with a loaf of french bread (or you can serve over pasta) (Tear bread into 6 pieces for dipping in the sauce) Serves 6 people - 7 points per 5 oz. of shrimp and 1 piece of bread or 5 points without bread & Core

Marinated Skirt Steaks with a side tray of Grilled Vegetables - $ 32.00 for 4 skirt steaks cooked to your liking (I suggest medium rare) Serves 4-6 people (6 ounces of steak and 1 1/2 cup of vegetables is 7 points & Core)

Vegetarian:

Israeli CousCous with Grilled Vegetables - $ 26.00 for a tray (7 points per 2 cups & Core)

Sides:$6.00 per 1lb container and $10.00 per 2 lb container

Herb Grilled Potatoes and Onions - 2 points per 1/2 cup
Buttered Jersey Corn cut off the cob - 1 point per 1/2 cup
Rice Pilaf - 2 points per 1/2 cup
Grilled Vegetables - 0 points per 1 3/4 cups
