Delicious Dinners

Please order by Sunday, January 23rd by midnight for pick up after 3:00pm on Wednesday, January 26th.

Just e-mail me your order with the time you would like to pick up your food. I have included the new points plus where I could if you are trying to follow. Portion sizes could change the point amount.


Please order soups by Sunday evening.

Soups:  $10.00 per 2 lb. container

Taco Soup - 3 points per 1 cup (a little spicy)  - Ground Turkey mixed with corn, onion, tomatoes, beans and spices. It is thick like a chili.


Northern Bean and Potato Soup with Kielbasa - 3 points per 1 cup - A hearty souped with beans, potatoes, carrots, onion, spinach and Kielbasa

Zero Point Veggie Soup - 0 points per 1 cup - Fresh vegetables sauteed and the pureed into a thick and creamy soup


Chicken and Vegetables with mini pasta balls - 3 points per 1 cup - Chicken broth with chicken, carrots, celery, onion and acini di pepe pasta

Mediterranean Salad - $20.00 for a 32 ounce container of cannellini beans, fennel, tomato, olives, sliced red onion and feta cheese tossed in a light vinaigrette - 3 points per 1 cup

Every Week Main Dishes:

Chicken or Pork Cutlets - pounded thin - $4.50 per cutlet (9 points per 5 ounces)

Cutlets - Panko Crusted Tilapia - $7.00 per cutlet (8 points per 6 oz) 

Chicken Pot Pie - $20.00 (11 points per slice) 6 generous slices per 10 inch pie

Specials for the Week:

Stuffed Chicken wrapped in Bacon - $32.00 for 4 breasts pounded thin and stuffed with Spinach, Mozzarella and Roasted Red Pepper and wrapped in 2 slices of center cut bacon. (you bake for 1 hour) 7 points per 4 ounces of Stuffed Chicken.


Chipotle Chicken Taco Salad - $32.00 for Romaine Lettuce tossed with tomatoes, red onion, avocado, black beans, corn and chopped chicken served with a Chipotle dressing on the side. 6 points per 2 1/2 cups (4 servings)

Pork Medallions with an Olive and Caper Sauce - $32.00 for 8 medallions (serves 4) Pork is pounded thin and pan fried and topped with Kalamata Olives and Caper Sauce. (5 points for 2 medallions and 2 tablespoons of sauce)


Pulled Pork Macaroni and Cheese Bake - $38.00 for a tray of delicious mac and cheese with pieces of pulled pork throughout (you bake for 25 minutes) 9 points per 1/2 cup


Beef Pot Pie - $30.00 for a 10 inch pie stuffed with vegetables, potatoes and beef. (you bake for 45-55 minutes) Serves 6 people - 12 points per slice



Shrimp and Sausage Paella - $38.00 for a tray of spanish chorizo sausage and a pound of shrimp mixed with peppers, onions and tomatoes and rice. 10 points per 1 and 1/2 cups.
