Delicious Dinners

Please order by Sunday, February 3rd by midnight for pick up after 2:30pm on Tuesday, February 5th. 

Please order by Monday, February 4th by 10:00am for pick up after 2:30pm on Wednesday, February 6th or Thursday, February 7th.
Just e-mail me your order with the time you want to pick up. For those of you who are trying to watch what you eat, I have included WW points where I could if you are trying to follow that program. I put all of my recipes in the recipe builder on e-tools. Portion sizes could change the point amount.

Soups: $10.00 per 2 lb. container

Zero Point Veggie Soup - 0 points per 1 cup - Fresh vegetables sauteed and the pureed into a thick and creamy soup

Turkey Chili - Ground Turkey cooked with assorted vegetables and black beans - 2 points per 1 cup

Black Bean Soup - 3 points per 1 cup

Salads: $20.00 for a large bowl (8 cup capacity container) 

Red and green leaf salad with diced Cucumber, Dried Cherries, Red Onion, Goat Cheese and Pecans with Raspberry balsamic vinaigrette

Romaine Salad with sliced red onion, cherry tomatoes, roasted red pepper, avocado and fresh mozzarella with a balsamic vinaigrette on the side


Grilled Chicken Greek Quinoa Salad - $20.00 per 32 ounce container of diced grilled chicken, olives, tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, peppers, scallions, and feta in a red wine vinaigrette 5 points per 1 cup (4 servings per container)

Every Week Main Dishes: 

Chicken Cutlets pounded extra thin - $5.00 per cutlet (7 points per 4 ounces)

Chicken Pot Pie - $20.00 (11 points per slice) 6 slices per pie


Specials for the Week:

Oven Roasted Chicken with Potatoes, Carrots and Onions - $35.00 for a whole roasted chicken on top of a bed of carrots, potatoes and onions serves 4-6 people 6-8 points per 3/4 cup of vegetable/potato serving with one piece of chicken

Sweet Sausage Baked Ziti - $38.00 for a tray that feeds 6-8 people (12 for WW points) Ziti mixed with 4 different cheeses and sweet sausage in a marinara sauce - you bake for 1 hour - 9 points per 1 cup

Stuffed Cabbage - Cabbage stuffed with brown rice, turkey and onion - $32.00 for a tray of 6 and a side of marinara (5 points for 2 rolls with a 1/2 a cup of marinara sauce)

Capellini with Grilled Chicken, fresh Arugula, sliced grape tomatoes and shaved Parmesan cheese in a light lemon and olive oil sauce - $36.00 per tray (5 points per 1 cup)

Puttanesca Cod - $36.00 for 4 six ounce fillets wrapped in parchment and topped with a spicy puttanesca sauce over a bed of fresh vegetables and chopped tomatoes (3 points per 6 ounces) you bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes
