Delicious Dinners

Please order by Sunday, September 30th by midnight for pick up after 3:00pm on Tuesday, October 2nd.

Please order by Monday, October 1st by 10:00am for pick up after 3:00pm on Wednesday, October 3rd.

Just e-mail me your order with the time you want to pick up. For those of you who are trying to watch what you eat, I have included WW points where I could if you are trying to follow that program. I put all of my recipes in the recipe builder on e-tools. Portion sizes could change the point amount.

Soups: $10.00 per 2 lb. container

Taco Soup - Ground Turkey cooked with Beans, Tomatoes, Peppers and Spices - 3 points per 1 cup 

Turkey Chili - Ground Turkey cooked with assorted vegetables and black beans - 2 points per 1 cup

Salads: $20.00 for a large bowl (8 cup capacity container) 

Romaine Lettuce Salad with Pears, sliced Red Onion, Dried Cranberries, Candied Nuts and Gorgonzola Cheese with a balsamic vinaigrette dressing on the side.

Autumn Salad - Mixed Lettuce, Sliced Apples, Sliced Onion, Cranberries, shredded Cheddar Cheese and diced Candied Nuts served with an aged balsamic vinaigrette on the side 


Every Week Main Dishes: 

Chicken Cutlets Thin Sliced and pounded extra thin - $5.00 per cutlet (9 points per 5 ounces)

Chicken Pot Pie - $20.00 (11 points per slice) 6 slices per pie


Specials for the Week:


Chicken Scarpiella - (Chicken, Sausage, Potatoes and Sweet and Hot Peppers) - $ 36.00 for a tray (7 points per serving) 1/2 link of sausage and 1 chicken thigh with 1/2 cup of vegetables

Pan Seared Tilapia with an Olive Salsa - $36.00 for 4 Pan Seared Tilapia fillets topped with a warm olive and tomato salsa - 5 points per 6 ounces

Herb Marinated Grilled Chicken - Chicken Cutlets pounded thin, marinated in a fresh herb vinaigrette and grilled to perfection $32.00 for a tray of Chicken cutlets (3 points per 4 ounces)

Panko Crusted Tilapia - $34.00 for 4 Panko crusted Pan fried Fillets (8 points per 6 oz)

Sweet Sausage with Broccoli Rabe in an oil and garlic sauce served over pasta - $34.00 for a tray serves 6-8 ( 8 points per 3/4 cup)

Capellini with Grilled Chicken, fresh Arugula, sliced grape tomatoes and shaved Parmesan cheese in a light lemon and olive oil sauce - $36.00 per tray (5 points per 1 cup)

Center Cut Pork Chops with a Cranberry and Rosemary Sauce - $34.00 for 4 chops (7 points per Chop and 1/2 cup of sauce) 

Sides: $10.00 per 2 lb container 

Roasted Garlic Cauliflower - 1 point per 1 cup

Pan Roasted Carrots - 1 point per 1 cup

Whipped Potatoes - 3 points per 1/2 cup

 Rice Pilaf - 3 points per 1/2 cup
