Delicious Dinners

Please order by Sunday, January 15th by midnight for pick up after 3:00pm on Tuesday, January 17th.

Please order by Monday, January 16th by 10:00am for pick up after 3:00pm on Wednesday, January 18th.

Just e-mail me your order with the time you want to pick up. For those of you who are trying to watch what you eat, I have included WW points where I could if you are trying to follow that program. I put all of my recipes in the recipe builder on e-tools. Portion sizes could change the point amount.

Soups: $10.00 per 2 lb. container

Pasta Fagioli - 3 points per 1 cup

Turkey Chili - Ground Turkey cooked with assorted vegetables and black beans - 2 points per 1 cup

Zero Point Veggie Soup - 0 points per 1 cup - Fresh vegetables sauteed and the pureed into a thick and creamy soup


Salads: $20.00 for a large bowl (8 cup capacity container)

Chopped Salad with olives, peppers, tomatoes, onions, and cucumber with a Romano Cheese and Balsamic vinaigrette on the side

Mixed Lettuce Salad with tomatoes, cucumber, sliced red onion and fresh mozzarella with a balsamic vinaigrette dressing on the side.

Every Week Main Dishes:

Cutlets - Thin sliced Chicken and Pork - $4.50 per cutlet (9 points per 5 ounces)

Cutlets - Panko Crusted Tilapia - $7.00 per cutlet (8 points per 6 oz)

Chicken Pot Pie - $20.00 (11 points per slice) 6 slices per pie


Specials for the Week:

Chicken Parmesan - $32.00 for four breasts pounded thin and dipped in an egg batter and bread crumbs then pan fried and cooked in marinara sauce and topped with Mozzarella Cheese - 9 points per 5 oz. of chicken 

BBQ Spare Ribs - $38.00 for 2 racks of ribs dry rubbed and then cooked to perfection with a tangy barbecue sauce (Serves 6 - 8 people / 11 points for 2 ribs)


Tilapia or Chicken Enchiladas - $34.00 for 6 Corn Tortillas stuffed with Chopped Tomatoes, Corn and Fresh Herbs smothered with Enchilada Sauce and Topped with Cheddar and Monterey Jack Cheese - 7 points per enchilada

Stuffed Cabbage - Cabbage stuffed with brown rice, turkey and onion - $32.00 for a tray of 6 and a side of marinara (5 points for 2 rolls with a 1/2 a cup of marinara sauce)

Parmesan Crusted Pork Chops - $32.00 for 4 Thick Boneless pork chops pounded thin and crusted in parmesan cheese and bread crumbs and cooked to perfection. 9 points per 5 ounces.

Sides: $10.00 per 2 lb container

Roasted Garlic Cauliflower - 1 point per 1 cup

Pan Roasted Carrots - 1 point per 1 cup

Buttermilk Mashed Potatoes - 3 points per 1/2 cup

Mexican Rice - 3 points per 1/2 cup
