Delicious Dinners





Soups: $10.00 per 2 lb. container

Taco Soup - 1 point per 1 cup (spicy) I suggest putting a dollop of fat free sour cream, reduced fat cheddar cheese and a couple of crushed Tostitosin it.

Salads: $20.00 for a large bowl (8 cup capacity container)


Red Leaf Lettuce with Avocado, sliced tomatoes, roasted red pepper, onion and fresh mozzarella with a balsamic vinaigrette dressing



Red Leaf Lettuce with Thinly Sliced Red Onion, Cucumber, Sliced Cherry tomatoes and Feta cheese served with a red wine vinaigrette on the side


Corn, Tomato and Basil Salad - $14.00 for a 32 ounce container of Corn cut off the cob, Tomatoes, and Basil Salad lightly tossed with Basil Olive Oil - Served in a 2lb Container - 1 point per 1 cup

Every Week Main Dishes: 


Cutlets - Thin sliced Chicken and Pork - $4.50 per cutlet (9 points per 5 ounces)


Cutlets - Panko Crusted Tilapia - $7.00 per cutlet (8 points per 6 oz)


Chicken Pot Pie - $20.00 (11 points per slice) 6 generous slices per 10 inch pie


Specials for the Week: 


Spaghetti with Spring Vegetables - $32.00 This dish is so light and healthy. It has wonderful spring vegetables that are coated with olive oil and Parmigiano-Reggiano and then tossed with 1 pound of pasta. (6 points per 1 cup)


Chicken Milanese served with Arugula salad, Tomatoes, Fresh Mozzarella and Onions with a balsamic vinaigrette on the side - 7 points per 4 oz. of chicken (A tray of 4 large pounded thin chicken breasts and small salad on the side) $32.00 per tray

Herb Marinated Grilled Chicken and Pasta tossed with a Pesto sauce - Sliced Grilled Chicken tossed with halved tomatoes, grilled zucchini, peppers and onions in a pesto sauce- 8 points per 1 1/2 cups of pasta $38.00 per tray

Parmesan Crusted Pork Cops - $32.00 for 4 Thick Bone-in pork chops pounded thin on the bone and crusted in parmesan cheese and cooked to perfection. 9 points per 5 ounces.
