Delicious Dinners

Please order by Sunday, April 10th by midnight for pick up after 3:00pm on Tuesday, April 12th.

Please order by Monday, April 11th by 10:00am for pick up after 3:00pm on Wednesday, April 13th.

Just e-mail me your order with the time you want to pick up. For those of you who are trying to watch your figure, I have included WW points where I could if you are trying to follow. I put all of my recipes in the recipe builder on e-tools. Portion sizes could change the point amount.

Soups: $10.00 per 2 lb. container

Taco Soup - 1 point per 1 cup (a little spicy) I suggest putting a dollop of fat free sour cream, reduced fat cheddar cheese and a couple of crushed Tostitos in it.

Zero Point Veggie Soup - 0 points per 1 cup - Fresh vegetables sauteed and the pureed into a thick and creamy soup

Salads: $20.00 for a large bowl (8 cup capacity container)

Mixed Lettuce with Sliced Grapes, Sliced Apples, Sliced Onion, Walnuts and Blue Cheese served with a light vinaigrette on the side.

Caesar Salad with diced tomatoes, homemade croutons and parmesan cheese and caesar dressing on the side.

Every Week Main Dishes:

Cutlets - Thin sliced Chicken and Pork - $4.50 per cutlet (7 points per 5 ounces)

Cutlets - Panko Crusted Tilapia - $7.00 per cutlet (6 points per 6 oz)

Chicken Pot Pie - $20.00 (9 points per slice) 6 slices per pie

Specials for the Week:

Buffalo Chicken Casserole- $34.00 for a tray of boneless chicken and vegetables baked in a tangy Buffalo sauce topped with a blue cheese crumbled crust (7 points per 1 cup) Serves 4-6 people

Barbecued Ground Beef Casserole Pie topped with Corn Bread - $20.00 for a 10 inch pie (8 points per slice) 6 slices per pie

Chicken Piccata - Chicken with capers in a light white wine butter sauce - $28.00 for 4 cutlets - 7 points per 4 ounces of chicken

Lasagna - Choice of Cheese or Beef $34.00 for a tray serves 6-8 Beef is 9 points per piece and Cheese is 7 points per piece) (for WW points tray should serve 12 portions) (you bake)

Pork Chops with a Cranberry and Rosemary Sauce - $28.00 for 4 Bone-In Center Cut Chops (8 points per Chop and 1/2 cup of sauce)

Mediterranean Cod - $34.00 for 4 fillets wrapped in parchment and topped with fresh vegetables and chopped tomatoes (3 points per 5 ounces) you bake for 20 minutes

Sides for the week: $10.00 for a 32 ounce container

Dijon-Roasted New Potatoes - 3 points for 1 1/4 cup

Lemon Roasted Broccoli - 1 point per 1 cup
