Soups: $10.00 per 2 lb. container
Taco Soup - 3 points per 1 cup (a little spicy) - Ground Turkey mixed with corn, onion, tomatoes, beans and spices. It is thick like a chili.
Zero Point Veggie Soup - 0 points per 1 cup - Fresh vegetables sauteed and the pureed into a thick and creamy soup
Pumpkin and White Bean Soup - Pumpkin and White beans are blended together to make a smooth consistency - 4 points per 1 cup
Salads: $20.00 for a large bowl (8 cup capacity container)
Mixed Lettuce with Sliced Red Onion, Roasted Red Pepper, Sliced Avocado, and Fresh Mozzarella with a Balsamic Vinaigrette on the side
Spring Mix Salad with Strawberries, Pears, Thinly Sliced Red Onion and Crumbled Feta Cheese served with a Balsamic Vinaigrette on the side
Every Week Main Dishes:
Chicken or Pork Cutlets - pounded thin - $4.50 per cutlet (9 points per 5 ounces)
Cutlets - Panko Crusted Tilapia - $7.00 per cutlet (8 points per 6 oz)
Chicken Pot Pie - $20.00 (11 points per slice) 6 generous slices per 10 inch pie
Specials for the Week:
Roasted Parmesan Crusted Chicken Thighs and Legs with Potatoes, Carrots and Onions - $36.00 for 4 legs and 4 thighs - 9 points for 1 thigh and 1 leg and 1/2 cup of vegetables
Herb Marinated Grilled Chicken - 6 Cutlets pounded thin, marinated in a fresh herb vinaigrette and grilled to perfection $28.00 for 6 medium sized cutlets (3 points per breast)
BBQ Spare Ribs - $38.00 for 2 racks of ribs dry rubbed and then cooked to perfection with a tangy barbecue sauce (Serves 6 - 8 people / 11 points for 2 ribs)
Mediterranean Cod - $34.00 for 4 fillets wrapped in parchment and topped with fresh vegetables and chopped tomatoes (3 points per 5 ounces) you bake for 20 minutes
Sides for the week: $10.00 for a 32 ounce container
Garlic Roasted Potatoes- 2 points for 1/2 cup
Steamed Broccoli with a Light Garlic Butter Sauce - 2 points per 1/2 cup
Baked Sweet Potato Wedges - 2 point per 1/2 cup
Roasted Carrots - 1 point per 1 cup
